How It Works & Commission Rates

Congratulations on successfully joining the Affiliate Program and becoming a FashionBill Affiliate! Below is a breakdown of how the program works and how commissions are calculated—this will help you make the most of your partnership.  

1. How the Affiliate Program Works

Once you’re onboard as a FashionBill Affiliate, you’ll get three exclusive tools to drive sales: a Referral Link, a Coupon Code, and an Invite Affiliate Link. You can easily find these in your Affiliate Program admin dashboard (see image below):  

Every affiliate’s Referral Link, Coupon Code, and Invite Affiliate Link is unique—they’re your personal tracking identifiers. The Affiliate Program uses these three tools to attribute completed orders to the correct affiliate.  

(1) Referral Link & Coupon Code

These are your go-to tools for store-wide and product-specific promotions. When you promote FashionBill’s store or individual products, share your Referral Link or Coupon Code. Any orders placed through your link or code will be automatically credited to you, earning you active income.  

(2) Invite Affiliate Link

This link is for building your affiliate team and recruiting sub-affiliates. When you share your Invite Affiliate Link with others, anyone who signs up for the Affiliate Program through it becomes your sub-affiliate. You’ll earn passive income as a commission bonus whenever your sub-affiliates generate qualifying sales.  

2. Commission Rate Details

(1) Program Tiers & Base Commission Rates

FashionBill’s Affiliate Program has three tiers, each with its own base commission rate and eligibility requirements. Your commission rate is determined by the tier you belong to.  

As soon as your Affiliate Program account is approved, you’ll start as a Probationary Affiliate, earning 5% of the total order amount for every referral sale.  

To unlock higher commissions, focus on growing your promotions: once you hit 100+ referral orders, you’ll automatically upgrade to Senior Affiliate and your base commission rate will jump to 10%.  

(2) Special Commission Rate Scenarios

Your base commission rate stays consistent unless you move to a new tier—with two exceptions. In the following cases, your commission will be calculated using the higher rate:  

① Product Promotion Commission Rate > Base Commission Rate

From time to time, FashionBill may highlight specific products with a boosted promotion commission rate (higher than your base rate). For these products, you’ll earn the higher product-specific rate instead of your base rate.  

Example: As a Probationary Affiliate (5% base rate), you spot Product A in the Affiliate Program’s "Favorite List" section with a 10% promotion rate. If you promote Product A, you’ll earn 10% commission on any sales of that item.  

② Incentive Commission Rate > Base Commission Rate

FashionBill periodically rewards top-performing affiliates! If your total referral sales consistently rank in the TOP 10, you’ll qualify for a temporary Incentive Commission Rate boost. During this period, all your referral orders will earn the higher incentive rate.  

Example: You’re a Probationary Affiliate (5% base rate) who hasn’t hit 100 orders yet (so you haven’t upgraded to Senior Affiliate). Thanks to your hard work, your total referral sales consistently land in the TOP 10. As a reward, FashionBill upgrades your commission rate to 10% for one month—all your sales during that time will earn the 10% incentive rate.
