1. Affiliate System Structure Explanation
The Affiliate Program uses a three-tier affiliate system. Whenever a user registers for an Affiliate Program account through your "Affiliate Invitation" link, they automatically become your sub-affiliate.
In this system, every affiliate can recruit their own sub-affiliates, and each affiliate is allowed a maximum of two tiers of sub-affiliates.
Example: Let’s say you’re Affiliate A, and you recruit Sub-Affiliate B, who then recruits Sub-Affiliate C. Both B and C are your sub-affiliates—B is your "tier 1 distribution," and C is your "tier 2 distribution."
2. Transaction Commission and Bonus Commission
Within the Affiliate Program framework, commissions consist of two parts: Transaction Commission and Bonus Commission.
• Transaction Commission: This is the commission earned by an affiliate when they successfully refer a sale.
• Bonus Commission: This is the commission earned by an upper-level affiliate when their sub-affiliate successfully refers a sale.
Every time a member of your affiliate team successfully refers a sale, FashionBill will disburse both the Transaction Commission and Bonus Commission. The Transaction Commission goes to the affiliate who directly generated the referred sale, while the Bonus Commission goes to that affiliate’s upper-level sponsor.
Simple Example: If you build an affiliate team and one of your sub-affiliates successfully refers a sale, they will earn the Transaction Commission, and you will earn the Bonus Commission.
3. Transaction Commission Distribution Rules
Affiliates can earn Transaction Commission by promoting FashionBill’s stores, promotional offers, and products to drive referred sales. The Transaction Commission rate is determined by the affiliate’s tier level.

The Transaction Commission is independent of whether you are someone’s upper-level sponsor or sub-affiliate—it only depends on your own tier level. Simply put, whether you’re a sponsor, a sub-affiliate, or not part of any team at all, you’ll earn Transaction Commission for any sales you directly refer.
4. Bonus Commission Distribution Rules
Bonus Commission is the commission earned by upper-level affiliates when their sub-affiliates successfully refer sales. You’ll receive Bonus Commission whenever your sub-affiliates generate referred sales.
Specifically:
• When your tier 1 distribution successfully refers a sale, they earn the Transaction Commission, and you receive 2% of that Transaction Commission as your Bonus Commission.
• When your tier 2 distribution successfully refers a sale, they earn the Transaction Commission, and you receive 1% of that Transaction Commission as your Bonus Commission.
Example
Let’s take an example: You’re Affiliate A, your tier 1 distribution is B, and your tier 2 distribution is C. All three of you are Probationary Promoters in the Affiliate Program, with a base commission rate of 5%.
• If your tier 1 distribution (Affiliate B) secures a referred order worth $1,000: Affiliate B earns a Transaction Commission of $1,000 × 5% = $50. As B’s upper-level sponsor (you, Affiliate A), you’ll get a Bonus Commission equal to 2% of B’s Transaction Commission: $50 × 2% = $1.
• If your tier 2 distribution (Affiliate C) secures a referred order worth $1,000: Affiliate C earns a Transaction Commission of $1,000 × 5% = $50. Affiliate B (C’s direct sponsor) gets a Bonus Commission of $50 × 2% = $1. You (Affiliate A, C’s upper-level sponsor) receive a Bonus Commission equal to 1% of C’s Transaction Commission: $50 × 1% = $0.50.
From this example, you’ll see that building an affiliate team lets you earn Bonus Commission every time your sub-affiliates refer successful sales—you don’t even have to lift a finger during the entire transaction!
